milovan Croton

A little stronger, every session.

Make the next session count.

Milo brings your plans, workouts and progress together in one place.

1

Choose what you train

Pick muscle, strength, calisthenics skills or any mix. Milo builds your week from that, and Today shows what’s next.

2

Train. Log. Repeat.

Record the sets you actually complete. Your session saves as you go, so you can come back to it.

3

See it add up

Progress shows everything together or one section at a time. Library has every exercise’s how-to and the evidence behind the plan.

Works offline after the first load. Your data stays in this browser; use Backup before moving devices or clearing browser data. Units, your kit and preferences are in Settings.

Settings

Your data

One backup holds everything from Together, Muscle, Strength and Ladder, including Together’s check-in answers. Make one before you delete the app, then restore it after you add the app again.

With a passphrase the backup is encrypted and opens only with it; Milo can’t recover a forgotten one. Use one for a backup kept in a notes app or cloud drive, which may sync it.

Restore

Paste a backup, or pick a saved backup file. Whatever the backup holds replaces what the app has now; you can undo it afterwards.

Export, import and share

Only when they show in your calendar. Your plan doesn’t change.

What Milo keeps

Your workouts (sets, weights, reps and notes), plans, settings and bodyweight, and Together’s check-in answers: sleep, energy, stress, mood, soreness, joint pain and whether you feel unwell, with any health questions you answer.

Where it stays

In this browser, on this device. Milo has no account, no server and no tracking, and sends your data nowhere.

Who sees anything

GitHub Pages hosts Milo. Like any website’s host, it sees ordinary page requests (your IP address and browser) when the app loads or updates. It never sees your training data.

Backups and files

Backups, spreadsheets, summaries and calendar files are yours to keep or share. A backup holds your check-in answers too. Notes apps and cloud drives may sync what you put in them, so give a backup kept there a passphrase.

Deleting it

Erase everything removes all of Milo’s data from this browser and starts Milo fresh: workouts, programs, goals, check-ins, settings and the copies kept for Undo. It can’t be undone, so make a backup first if you may want it back. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings does the same.

Used Milo somewhere else too? Each browser keeps its own copy. On iPhone, Milo on your Home Screen and Milo in Safari are separate, so erase in each one you’ve used. Files you exported stay where you saved them.
